Our Yoga Teachers

Yoga found Cristina shortly after returning from a trekking adventure to the Annapurna region of Nepal in December 2010.

This adventure sparked a spiritual awakening which blossomed as her Yoga practice unfolded over the following 18mths.

In July 2012, Cristina completed her 200hr Power Yoga training.  She began teaching immediately after and consistently thereafter.  She has since completed her Level II, 150hr Vinyasa training and her 65hr Yin Yoga training as well as numerous workshops with both International and local teachers who inspire her teaching method.

Cristina  also teaches Level I Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates and Anti-Gravity Yoga (as taught by Christopher Harrison).  She is a qualified BodyART Instructor, a style of movement influenced by the Yin and Yang elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Cristina infuses functional movement concepts within her Power and Vinyasa Yoga sequences to create strong flowing movement patterns, where Yang meets Yin, a mindful balance of effort and ease.  She enjoys offering a flowing sequence within her Yin classes where the postures flow smoothly allowing for physical and mental harmony.

Yoga for Cristina means AWARENESS.  Awareness of each movement, each thought, each sensation, each breath.  These binding elements create Yoga Asana, which then becomes a practice of Mindfulness!!

Mascha is a published holistic wellness and yoga writer, and Level II Certified Yoga Teacher with extensive hours of practice and formal training in Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Ashtanga), Myofascial Release and Meditation.

She is a dedicated student of Yoga and Ayurveda, with a strong commitment to continuing her education in all aspects of yoga (asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and philosophy), Ayurveda, holistic nutrition and wellbeing.

Mascha is also a tea ceremony enthusiast, holistic health coach, linguist, book lover, passionate traveller, and mamma to 2 beautiful dogs.

Mascha believes Yoga is For Everyone and has a passion for sharing her knowledge of physiological, emotional and energetic benefits of yoga with her yoga students. She teaches from the heart and aims to enhance the journey of her students through incorporating physical aspects of Hatha Vinyasa and quieter Yin Yoga with Conscious Breathing and Meditation.

Being a strong advocate for the ability of yoga and conscious integration of holistic practices to cleanse and enliven the body, mind and spirit, alongside with yoga, Mascha interweaves the wisdom of Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine together with Modern Research into her practice and teachings.

Angelique has been teaching Meditation and relaxation practices since 2012 and decided to formalise her Yoga qualifications in 2016 through Living Peace Yoga. Having experienced chronic back pain for most of her life, Angelique embraced the practice of yoga as a method to self-manage her condition and improve her overall wellbeing.

Angelique is a devoted yoga instructor with an insatiable desire and yearning to learn, grow and empower herself and others through meditation, self-awareness and yogic practices, adopting these ancient and powerful tools to help navigate the challenges of modern life.

Her belief is that each of us hold within us an abundance of tools that are readily accessible at any time to help us navigate the challenges of life. Yoga teaches us the means to access these resources and engage them at the times when we need them most.

She is a Level II registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia and continues to build her knowledge and experience through ongoing studies with Dr. Ganesh Mohan from Svasta Yoga Therapy and Living Peace Yoga in Toronto, New South Wales.

Angelique has a passion for music and singing and expresses this through the devotional practice of Kirtan. She often incorporates music and chanting in savasana to guide students toward a deeper state of relaxation and integration.

Cindra Banks

Cindra completed her 200 hour yoga teacher qualification in MEXICO and more recently, her 50 hour Yin teacher training in Canada, and has been literally teaching from the moment she received her certification! 

She was trained in the Vinyasa (flow) style, but enjoys teaching (and practicing) a wide range of styles, combining elements of Yin, Restorative and Iyengar yoga. 

Cindra's aim is to make yoga accessible for all bodies and all levels of experience, incorporating fun and playful aspects to a more traditional practice. 

She LOVES inspiring new and seasoned yogis and enjoys connecting with students through a lighthearted teaching style.

Tracey Kirtley

"No two bodies are alike; we are all unique with our own story" 

Tracey was drawn to Yoga many years ago, as a natural remedy for dealing 
with her own mobility issues. "Yoga was, and still is, my healer and my 
teacher." It has changed my life in so many ways. 

Tracey completed Level 1 Yoga Teacher training at Living Peace, Toronto and 
has also studied at Mangrove Yoga. 


Tracey is passionate about helping people regain their strength, flexibility 
and balance. 


Yoga is our ticket to living a more independent, healthy and happy life.
