Hello again, it's Dr. Jason here at Oasis Health Centre. Want to share with you one stretch that you need to do for your shoulders. And it's one that a lot of people forget. Really simple. To help your shoulders be healthy, you need to stretch these pec muscles in the front of your chest. We spend a lot of time doing this and those pecs tighten up and that limits your shoulder mobility. So here's the stretch. It's pretty simple. You find a doorway and you put your hand on the doorframe at shoulder level. Then you start turning your feet to the opposite side and just hold that for 10 to 20 seconds and that'll stretch that whole pec major minor complex. Make sure you do the other side. And at shoulder level, turn your feet away and hold it for 10 to 20 seconds. I'm going to go through another half dozen stretches that you need to do regularly to have healthy shoulders at our three keys to healthy shoulders workshop next Wednesday night.
