Co- Owner & Yoga Teacher
Jason and my vision was to create a space for people to reach their optimal health potential.By combining Yoga and Chiropractic care and a wellness centre for the community to be welcomed in a safe and nurturing environment.
I have been practising Yoga for the past 20 years and have always loved Yoga in my life. Last year I decided it was time to do the teacher training and completed the 200 hour Yoga teacher Training at Living Peace Yoga at Toronto. Ginny Clarke inspired me to continue on this Yoga journey. For me Yoga is the connection of Mind , Body and Breath helping me to stay in the present moment. I love to create a space for students to connect with themselves on a deeper level. I have a passion for mantra's and love to include them in my practise.I believe Yoga is for everyone and I love sharing my passion with others. Yoga supports all areas of health and spirituality. The spiritual science of Yoga recognises that equilibrium in the physical body that helps bring emotional balance and mental clarity. I have found Yoga to be a healing science and helps students to look within rather than seeking answers and validation for the outside.
I love to be able to support students on their Yoga journey and help bring Yoga into their daily life. I look forward to seeing you on the mat.
"Yoga tells us that what is left is in essence the only thing worth having; a connection to the source of our very aliveness"
I'm not sure how or when I discovered yoga or if by chance it in fact discovered me, but what I do know is it has changed my life in so many ways. It truly has made such a positive impact on my mind, body and soul and one that continues to grow with each and every day.
I believe with my regular yoga practice and allowing myself that I deserve this self care - it has allowed me to grow, not only mentally and emotionally, but has also changed me physically as well.
I feel so blessed and grateful to have been given this role as Yoga Manager so I can continue on this journey of self care and share my love of yoga to my fellow yogi's. To me it's not a job it's a passion that has bought me to the beautiful supportive team at OASIS.
My goal is to share my knowledge, nurture and support like minded people to discover the health benefits of yoga and how yoga can have such a positive impact on our daily lives, as it has mine. I'm also very excited about starting my yoga teacher training in 2020 !!!
WARNING - YOGA IS KNOWN TO CAUSE HEALTH AND HAPPINESS !
I look forward to meeting you all, Simone

She has completed 1,000+ teacher training hours in various styles and traditions, and she has plans to undertake more training this year.
Kellie loves helping students to develop their asana practice (the poses) as well as to have a well-rounded yogic experience that extends beyond the yoga room into everyday life.

Yoga found Cristina shortly after returning from a trekking adventure to the Annapurna region of Nepal in December 2010.
This adventure sparked a spiritual awakening which blossomed as her Yoga practice unfolded over the following 18mths.
In July 2012, Cristina completed her 200hr Power Yoga training. She began teaching immediately after and consistently thereafter. She has since completed her Level II, 150hr Vinyasa training and her 65hr Yin Yoga training as well as numerous workshops with both International and local teachers who inspire her teaching method.
Cristina also teaches Level I Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates and Anti-Gravity Yoga (as taught by Christopher Harrison). She is a qualified BodyART Instructor, a style of movement influenced by the Yin and Yang elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Cristina infuses functional movement concepts within her Power and Vinyasa Yoga sequences to create strong flowing movement patterns, where Yang meets Yin, a mindful balance of effort and ease. She enjoys offering a flowing sequence within her Yin classes where the postures flow smoothly allowing for physical and mental harmony.
Yoga for Cristina means AWARENESS. Awareness of each movement, each thought, each sensation, each breath. These binding elements create Yoga Asana, which then becomes a practice of Mindfulness!!
I look forward to our journey together.
