Kylie Geres

Jason and my vision was to create a space for people to reach their optimal health potential. By combining Yoga and Chiropractic care and a wellness centre  for the community to be welcomed in a safe and nurturing environment.

I have been practising Yoga for the past 20 years and have always loved Yoga in my life. Last year I decided it was time to do the teacher training and completed the 200 hour Yoga teacher Training at Living Peace Yoga at Toronto. Ginny Clarke inspired me to continue on this Yoga journey. For me Yoga is the connection of Mind , Body and Breath helping me to stay in the present moment. I love to create a space for students to connect with themselves on a deeper level. I have a passion for mantra's and love to include them in my practise. I believe Yoga is for everyone and I love sharing my passion with others. Yoga supports all areas of health and spirituality. The spiritual science of Yoga recognises that equilibrium in the physical body that helps bring emotional balance and mental clarity. I have found Yoga to be a healing science and helps students to look within rather than seeking answers and validation for the outside.

I love to be able to support students on their Yoga journey and help bring Yoga into their daily life. I look forward to seeing you on the mat.

 Angelique Pratten  - Yoga Teacher

Angelique has been teaching Meditation and relaxation practices since 2012 and decided to formalise her Yoga qualifications in 2016 through Living Peace Yoga. Having experienced chronic back pain for most of her life, Angelique embraced the practice of yoga as a method to self-manage her condition and improve her overall wellbeing.

Angelique is a devoted yoga instructor with an insatiable desire and yearning to learn, grow and empower herself and others through meditation, self-awareness and yogic practices, adopting these ancient and powerful tools to help navigate the challenges of modern life.

Her belief is that each of us hold within us an abundance of tools that are readily accessible at any time to help us navigate the challenges of life. Yoga teaches us the means to access these resources and engage them at the times when we need them most.

She is a Level II registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia and continues to build her knowledge and experience through ongoing studies with Dr. Ganesh Mohan from Svasta Yoga Therapy and Living Peace Yoga in Toronto, New South Wales.

Angelique has a passion for music and singing and expresses this through the devotional practice of Kirtan. She often incorporates music and chanting in savasana to guide students toward a deeper state of relaxation and integration.

 Ingrid is an experienced yoga teacher with a rich self-practice in meditation and a dedicated Ashtanga practice and she is passionate about

helping people experience the full benefits of yoga so you live to your full potential.


With Ingrid guiding your yoga practice, you can expect a well structured and satisfying class that builds upon itself through breath synchronized movements. This means you'll improve in strength and enhance your flexibility while decreasing stress within your body leaving you feeling refreshed, renewed and ready for your day.


Ingrid is soulful woman who lives what she teaches making her an embodied advocate of the benefits a regular yoga practice and we are excited for her to share her guidance and love of yoga with our community!

Gabby Vidden -  Yoga Teacher

Gabby

Gabby offers a holistic understanding of yoga, she is passionate about helping people cultivate a better relationship with themselves by creating deeper union between the body and the mind. Gabby teaches intentional Hatha yoga and dynamic vinyasa flows that become a moving meditation guiding people out of their heads into their hearts. She also loves teaching yin yoga where her gift of holding sacred space offers a safe place for introspection, surrender and release. Gabby also has a degree as a holistic dietitian, specializing in plant based nutrition, disease reversal and eating disorders and weaves her deep knowledge and wisdom into her yoga class intentions. 


"Yoga to me is a practice of oneness. It allows me to shift from my head, a state of doing into my body and heart, a space of inner knowing and connection. I am grateful for yoga as it has allowed me to better balance my masculine and feminine energy. My practice has allowed me to connect more with my feminine energy one of creativity, intuition and simply being and I am passionate about teaching as it allows me to guide others to have these experiences."
